Shipping Policy

At Skate Cozy, we want to get your gear to the rink as quickly as possible! To keep our selection unique and offer Free Shipping across Canada, our products are fulfilled in two different ways:

1. Processing & Production Times

• Skate Cozies (In-Stock): Processed and dispatched from our Canadian workspace within 2 business days.

• Skate Cozies (Custom or Unmade Yet): Processed and dispatched from our Canadian workspace within 5 business days.

• Apparel & Accessories (Made on Demand): Our apparel and accessories are custom-printed just for you when you place an order. Print production typically takes 2–5 business days before your item is ready to ship.

2. Estimated Delivery Windows (Canada)

Once your order has been processed/printed, standard transit times across Canada are:

Please note: Delivery estimates are based on business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

3. Multiple Packages (Split Delivery)

If you order a Skate Cozy along with Apparel or Accessories, your order may arrive in separate packages with individual tracking numbers.

Because our apparel is printed on demand while our boot covers are shipped directly by us, items often travel via different carriers. Don't worry if one item arrives before the other—the rest of your order is on its way!

4. Order Tracking & Questions

As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.
